As much as it pained my office mate, I started the process of organizing the 2012 edition of CreepySanta in October. It’s not the be-all, end-all Christmas album but it should be a good mix for you to keep your Christmas party hoppin’ or help soundtrack your tree decorating festivities.

I’m excited to be able to finally share a project that we’ve been working on for a bit here at eightninety headquarters. We were lucky to be able to partner with Project 7 to build a custom application to help launch/promote their newest goal – provide one million meals to those in need.
Honestly though, who wouldn’t be excited to participate in something like that? Luckily you can be a part as well – anytime you buy a Project 7 product you are automatically helping the cause (or seven causes, as it is). You can also help by heading over to the Feed campaign site, submitting your smile, applying to be a “Feedvocate” for your area, and spreading the word to anyone who will listen. Thankfully, dealing with hunger is a pretty attainable goal and one we can all work towards together.

If you’re not an NBA fan or follower of the Dallas Mavericks then you’ve recently missed out on a sports equivalent of Chernobyl as a vacation destination. The start of the NBA free agent signing period began on Monday and Dallas has quickly been informed that unless roofied or held at gun point, big time players don’t actually want to come play here.
After some investigative research and chatting with some people on the inside, I was able to come across the transcripts of some recent phone calls made by Mavs GM, Donnie Nelson, to NBA players about their intentions of signing with the Mavericks.
