Toy Story 3
Sequels and threequels aren’t usually my thing, but they usually don’t bring back the entire cast from the first two. Woody and Buzz are getting the band back together for a reunion tour starting June 18, 2010.
Super-Fast Pancake-Sorting Flexpicker Robot
The title is a bit confusing, but the pancake sorting robots in the video don’t seem to be confused at all. Sorting at around 400 pancakes per minute (ppm), these guys can monitor the size/thickness of each one to get even stacks for packaging.
It starts to get good about the 1:15 mark and then a second time about 2/3 of the way through to see their buffer system.

They Might Be Giants – The Elements
You might have done better in chemistry class in school if they had videos like TMBG’s take on the periodic table called The Elements.
The final piece will be included on a DVD called “Here Comes Science” by Feel Good Anyway.

End of week internet goodness for 09/18/09
Creepiness abounds in this 80’s dating video.
“No fatties, no hamsters, no dopers, no smokers, no alcoholics, no Donna Juanitas, no posers, no crazies…” Dude, you’re doing your bio for video dating, don’t eliminate all of your prospects right off the bat.
You know the music from 2001: A Space Odyssey even if you’ve never seen the flick. You’re about to find out that it might be a little too large of a piece of music for a junior high level orchestra.
