Super-Fast Pancake-Sorting Flexpicker Robot
The title is a bit confusing, but the pancake sorting robots in the video don’t seem to be confused at all. Sorting at around 400 pancakes per minute (ppm), these guys can monitor the size/thickness of each one to get even stacks for packaging.
It starts to get good about the 1:15 mark and then a second time about 2/3 of the way through to see their buffer system.
